Submission Process

      To ensure highest quality of scholarship and to meet international research standards, submitted papers shall be subjected to blind peer review process. In order for prospective participants to be guided accordingly, the following steps shall be followed:

Step 1: Submission of Paper

No paper shall be accepted for review unless the following are complied:

a. All files to be uploaded, either abstract or full paper, should be strictly in .doc format.

b. Filenames should be written in this manner: Author’s Last Name Paper Title Example: Viray_LunaPainting

     A Review Committee shall be constituted to carefully review the papers qualified for presentation in the IRCHE 2017. The Organizing Committee, on the other hand, shall update authors on the status of papers submitted.

Step 2: Blind Peer Review of Paper

      Upon submission of papers/abstracts, the organizing committee shall forward them within 48 hours to the Review Committee. This is to provide reviewers sufficient time to thoroughly and carefully evaluate the papers.

      A Notice of Acceptance (NOA) shall be sent to authors whose papers have met the standards set forth by the Review Committee.

2. All papers shall be in English. In case the paper has quotations/phrases other than English, an English translation should be made.

3. Papers should be submitted online to or on or before October 15, 2017. Offline submission is discouraged.

4.Submitted papers which do not conform to the guidelines will not be reviewed and evaluated.

5. Accepted papers will only be included in the Programme and Book of Abstracts upon payment of registration fee. *(There will be no refunds of paid registration fee)
